 Hello and welcome to this portal on enterprise data management (EDM). My name is Vasuki Kasturi, a savvy technocrat well versed in EDM and renowned for implementation of customer hubs. The portal attempts to bring in all the different facets of EDM into one space, and offers my opinion on the same. The articles writen is based of my direct experience and a twist on articles written by other peers in thie field. This portal will also serve as a forum to exchange ideas, impart knowledge and help us grow.
I have over 19 years of experience, working on enterprise software and lately enterise data. I have been in the EDM space for the last 8 years, and worked in multiple verticals. At each of my client engagement, I have combined sound management techniques and best practices to achieve tangible project outcomes. Detail oriented, with exceptional analytical ability to rapidly discover key issues underlying intractable project issues. Enjoys strategic collaboration, brainstorming, and mentoring; Strong advocate of openness, transparency, and accountability to balance strategic vision and pragmatic need. If I were to descibe me in a word, that would be STAR - Savvy, Techno, Accountable and Results Oriented. My recipe to professional success is 3 fold:
- Hire the best people, and get out of their way. They will do wonders for you.
- Stay on the upside of innovation - Technlogy or breakthrough products/services.
- Define processes that leverage the above two, to your advantage.
On the personal side, my hobbies/interests include Sports, Movies and Music. Values i beleive in are Honesty, Accountability, Respect and Fairness. The best vacation I can think of, is being with your friends and family. Of late, I have started to volunteer my time to non-profit organizations needing help with their marketing activities. |
